Original moving 1.1 billion XRP Ripple has locked back 800 million XRP into escrow to create new wallets. Later, they moved 100 million more XRP leaving 300 millions XRP for future usage.

Whale Alert Highlights Massive transfers
The crypto-community was once humming a large amount 200 million XRP Transaction between two unidentified accounts worth over $100 million. Whale Alert, a prominent crypto-tracking software, recently revealed other transactions that were carried out in waves.
One billion XRP was transferred to three wallets. Soon after, 800 millions XRP was locked up in escrow once again. Ripple distributed 500 million XRP in a subsequent wave of transactions.
The recent SEC vs. Ripple settlement has been a topic of discussion, as the remedy phase is now underway.
Ripple is requesting a much smaller penalty, while the SEC wants a staggering $1.95billion. The public and the financial world speculate that these actions could indicate a readiness to reach a settlement.
