Bitcoin drops below $80,000 on Strong US Jobs Report

Bitcoin fell Friday, after an unexpectedly positive labor report revealed that U.S. employment accelerated during August. 

Leading cryptocurrency is Bitcoin recently trading New York, where the price dropped to $78,706 in the early morning. Over the past 24 hours, it’s down more than 1%. In the past 24 hours, it has dropped over 1%. 

Inflation can be pushed up by higher spending when there is a healthy labor market.

Traders currently view a U.S. Federal Reserve interest rate hike at the upcoming September 15–16 policy meeting as roughly a 50% to 60% probability.

Bitcoin and stocks have recently decoupled as investors are re-awakened to the concerns about dollar devaluation.
