Christian’s love of the written word started long before Bitcoin. Christian honed the craft of writing as a featured writer in his college newspaper. This early love for storytelling paved the way for a successful stint as an editor at a data engineering firm, where his first-month essay win funded a months-long supply of doggie and kitty treats – a testament to his dedication to his furry companions (more on that later).
Christian then travelled the globe, and worked at various newspapers across Canada, South Korea and more. After a decade of working at the local newspaper in his home country, the Philippines, he became a news addict. He was intrigued by something brand new: cryptocurrency. This was like a combination of treasure hunting and storytelling, right up his alley.

Do you think Christian is all work? Not a chance! You’ll often find him riding motorbikes when he is not working on his computer. Christian is a true gearhead who loves to tinker with his Yamaha R3 320cc and enjoy the thrill of riding on the open road. He used to be a speedster who could hit 120mph. Now he prefers long rides on the coast and the wind blowing through his hair.
Christian has a bunch of furry pals at home who are ready to chill with him. There are two cats, and a small dog. He claims that cats are smarter than dog (sorry Grizzly), yet he loves them all. He claims that watching his cats chilling out helps him write articles with meticulous formatting.
This guy works hard, but keeps himself going with coffee and delicious Filipino food. According to him, the secret of a good article is a delicious meal. After a day spent in crypto-crusading he relaxes by drinking rum mixed with milk and watching comedy movies.
